Pablo Alejandro Zúñiga Guevara is a Colombian civil engineer based in Cali, Colombia. He specialized in BIM Management and holds a master's degree in BIM for Civil Engineering and Infrastructure. For more than ten years he has led BIM, VDC, artificial intelligence, PMO and digital transformation implementations for construction companies, developers and design teams across Latin America and the United States.
In 2018 he founded Horizun Group, the digital engineering team behind construction companies. As CEO and Technical Manager he defines the company's technical direction: BIM execution standards, construction data and project control, Power BI dashboards, Revit automation, custom construction software and AI-assisted workflows that teams can inspect, maintain and trust.
His work bridges engineering and software development. He authors open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that let AI assistants operate Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Power BI and Microsoft Project with verified, auditable results, and he applies them on real projects such as the BIM Marketplace built for Prodesa, winner of the 2026 BIM Excellence Awards Colombia by Camacol.
He teaches at the master's level at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali and, through Horizun Group, BIM Para Todos and Horizun Hub, has trained more than 500 professionals in seven countries in BIM, Power BI and AI applied to construction.
